Now, I know I tried this before and then I did 3 entries then just stopped. That sucked and this time round, I do aim to actually keep this updated at least 3 times a week. Anyway, one thing I want to make clear from the off - if you are offended by what I write, stop reading immediately. I do not sugar coat things and I shall not change that for anyone.
Enough said about that, what's new with me? Well, on Thursday, we won the Goals league. We being me, Lee, Chris, Adrian, Luke, Stores and Sham. We're all going to get medals and a trophy to share between us which should be cool. I've never won a trophy before! I did once win this Chess shield thing but I didn't get to keep it. :( So yeah, 10 weeks of 5 a side footy paid off. We worked pretty hard to be honest, everyone put in good performances and we thoroughly deserved the trophy winning 9 games and drawing 1. We got promoted to the next league but will we continue? Not sure. It involves effort and costs quite a bit so we're debating it. Also, to have won the league in the first season and not lost a game is pretty impressive. Would we want to spoil it by losing a game in the next league? Also, I'm away for three weeks. :p
Why will I be away for three weeks? Well, I'm off to Mauritius! Wooo etc. etc. I'm not really looking forward to it. Sharouna's in Canada and the rest of my cousins are in England for whatever reason. Well, I have one cousin in Mauritius but she's 16 and though we get along, we obviously have an age gap which also represents a gap in topics we can talk about. Also, we won't be staying with her family for long. How am I going to combat the boredom? I am going to watch True Blood, 30 Rock, Modern Family and FlashForward over there. I wanted to take my PS3 but I think my parents would kill me if I tried to take both. :( But yeah, the holiday should be very relaxing and stuff. I'll take lots of pics and facebook them when I get back.
Hmmm, what else? Well, I've become accustomed to basically any and every time of music now. (No Sam, I still hate trash crap). I can happy dance around to Girls Aloud and then headbang to Sum 41 in the next song...it's weird. I've turned into a music whore. Oh god, I'm like Rob! :p Though, this does benefit me. I can happily listen to whatever Dave likes and I can just as happily sit in Chris' car and listen to whatever he decides to put on in an attempt to deafen me.
I currently have a cousin staying with me, who's been here for a week and a half now. She's in England until December 4th and basically living with us, while we're in the country, until then. Not cool. D: Can't go out as much as I'd like but nevermind. She's okay, a bit quiet and we don't really have much in common. Or maybe we do and I just haven't prodded her enough so we connect? Either way, she doesn't talk much and you know me, I'm keep myself to myself quite often.
Oh, last night, me and Roma had one of our funniest conversations EVER. Sadly, I cannot divulge what we talked about - sorry for the tease. But it was immense and I'm so glad we're so close. Yes, she drives me so crazy I want to strangle her sometimes but ultimately, we're like BFFs and it's cool. Wubbles to you Ayesha! (That's her real name, Roma's a pet name.)
I actually don't think there's much else to update on. My arm's beginning to hurt because all my weight is leaning on it as I type this. I should sleep, quite tired and got football in the morning. Time to sleep!
